5.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are:

3–7 working days for smaller or remote areas
5.2 Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Mehaak is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
5.3 Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Promotional offers such as free shipping will be applied automatically where stated.
5.4 Mehaak and its courier partners are not liable for delays caused by natural events, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, or other external factors.
6.1 Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and meet eligibility criteria.

6.7 Exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes inspection and may take 1–3 business days for shipment.
