2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Our Commitment to You

We prioritize customer satisfaction and want every order to meet your expectations. However, if you encounter an issue such as receiving the wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

2.2 Time Window for Returns

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is incorrect

  • A wrong size or variation was delivered

  • Package leakage issues exist

  • An item is missing from the order

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible due to courier policies and product safety guidelines.

2.3 Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. The product must be unused.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging, including box, seal, and protective wrappers.

  3. All accessories, testers, and free gifts (if included) must be returned.

  4. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  5. Clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, wrong item, leakage, etc.) must be provided.

If the product shows signs of use, misuse, or tampering, it will not be eligible for return.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and fragrance industry guidelines, the following items are not returnable or exchangeable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Opened testers

  • Products with broken seals due to customer handling

  • Items purchased on clearance, special offer, or sale

  • Mini testers or decants

  • Fragrance bundles intentionally purchased at discounted rates

  • Perfumes without their original packaging

These limitations ensure safety, hygiene, and authenticity protection for every customer.

2.5 Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive:

  • The wrong fragrance

  • A damaged bottle

  • A leaking product

  • Incorrect quantity

  • Missing items

We will offer a free replacement or exchange as long as the issue is reported within the allowed time frame with proper evidence.

2.6 Return Approval Process

Once you submit a return request, our support team will:

  1. Review the complaint

  2. Verify the provided photos/videos

  3. Approve or reject the request based on policy

  4. Provide instructions for sending the item back (if applicable)

The approval process usually takes 24–48 hours.

2.7 Return Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is on our end (wrong or damaged product), Mehaak will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer may have to bear the return shipping cost.

2.8 Exchange Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability.

2.9 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in specific cases such as:

  • Out-of-stock products after order placement

  • Damage issues where replacement isn’t possible

  • Incorrect product delivered that cannot be exchanged

Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Wallet credit/store credit

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after approval.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.

3.2 Store-Initiated Cancellation

Mehaak may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment verification fails

  • Address details are incomplete or incorrect

  • There is suspected fraudulent activity

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued accordingly.
