1 Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed on our website, it enters our processing cycle. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparing the item for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing—such as a product being temporarily out of stock or requiring additional verification—our team will notify you through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2 Shipping Duration

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 2–5 working days for major cities.

  • 3–7 working days for small cities or remote locations.

Shipping time may vary depending on:

  • Courier service availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal rush (such as Eid, New Year, sales, etc.)

  • Address accuracy provided by the customer

We always aim to deliver as soon as possible, and most orders arrive before the expected date.

3 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with details. In many cases, a tracking number or courier reference ID is provided so you can monitor the delivery progress.
If tracking information is unable to load or appears delayed, please allow some time as courier systems may take a few hours to update.

4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. In cases where we offer free shipping promos, it will be clearly displayed on the website or applied automatically to the cart.

5 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery two times. If the courier is unable to contact you or deliver due to incomplete address, unavailability, or unreachable contact number:

  • The order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, the customer may need to pay re-shipping charges.

To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your phone number and address details are accurate.

6 Packaging Safety

We take great care in packaging perfumes, testers, and bundles. All items are packed securely with protective materials to avoid leakage, breakage, or damage during transit.

If you receive a damaged package, we advise taking pictures immediately before opening and contact us right away.
